Terms of service

Last updated: 19 October 2026.

Who we are

Makedesk Convert is run by an independent developer based in Hungary. Contact: [email protected].

The service

Makedesk Convert converts image files you upload into other image formats. Three conversions a day are free (counted over the last 24 hours, per browser and per network). Paid plans (a one-time purchase or a subscription, as shown on the pricing page) are not open yet; when they open, further results can be unlocked with them.

Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Your files

You must have the right to the files you upload. You keep all rights to them. We process them only to convert them and delete them automatically after 1 hour (24 hours after unlocking).

Fair use

Subscriptions include unlimited conversions within a fair-use limit of 1000 conversions per month. Automated or abusive use may be limited.

Liability

The service is provided as is. We are not liable for loss of data; keep your original files.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. This does not take away any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the country you live in.
