Refund policy

If a conversion you paid for did not work, or you were charged by mistake, ask for a refund within 14 days at [email protected] or through Paddle's order email, and we will refund it in full.

Subscriptions can be cancelled any time from “Manage subscription”; you keep access until the end of the paid period. A subscription renewal can be refunded within 14 days if you did not use it after the renewal.

Refunds are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, to the original payment method.
