Privacy

Files

Uploaded images and their converted results are stored only to perform the conversion and are deleted automatically after 1 hour, or 24 hours after you unlock a result. We do not look at, share or train on your files.

Cookies

We use one strictly necessary cookie that identifies your browser so we can show you your own results, count your free conversions for the day and keep you logged in. We use no analytics or advertising cookies, so there is no cookie banner.

IP address

To prevent abuse of the free conversion we store a salted one-way hash of your IP address for 30 days. Legal basis: legitimate interest (fraud prevention).

Account and payments

If you log in or buy, we store your email address. Payments are handled by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record; we never see your card details. See Paddle's privacy policy.

Statistics

To see how the site is used, we record which steps a browser took (opened the page, converted, downloaded, clicked a plan) together with the random browser id from our cookie and the time. We do not record your IP address, your files or file names for this, and we only look at it as counts. These records are kept for up to 13 months.

Waitlist

If you leave your email to hear when paid plans open, we store it with the plan you clicked and use it only to send that one announcement. Ask us at [email protected] to remove it at any time.

Your rights

You can ask for access to or deletion of your data at [email protected]. You may also complain to your data protection authority; in Hungary this is the NAIH (naih.hu).
